Family Trip to Kauai
The Ho Family takes a family trip to Kauai. Kauai is known as the Garden Island in the Hawaiian Island chain.
My name is Julie Ho and my family has had the distinct pleasure of booking three Hawaii trips through Heidi Nanigian over the last 8 years. The main thing we enjoy about booking through Heidi is her amazing sense of detail and her ability to share our excitement while planning our family trips.
In the Summer of 2016 my husband, Derrick, son, Nathan, and I took a trip to Oahu for a destination wedding then off to Kauai to celebrate my retirement….32 years teaching fifth grade and middle school physical education! Heidi took care of every detail plus extra items she thought we would enjoy on her own. We have an adult son with special needs and she went the extra mile to make sure we were on the ground floor and travel times worked for him. We had an amazing family trip and the first person who checked in with us upon our return was Heidi.
During our stay on Kauai the hotel and staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs. Our housekeepers checked on us daily and provided us with an extra salad bowl after they had recommended us to visit the local farmers market. We came back to the hotel with so many fresh veggies that they took it upon themselves to bring us an extra bowl. This was a “little thing”, which to us was actually a “big thing”. The activities director suggested we visit another hotel nearby to see the parrot show. That was a highlight of our son’s trip. These are just a few examples of how we felt special and cared for. This was the true “aloha spirit”.
With her background in travel and amazing people skills we always come back to Heidi for our vacations. She is so knowledgeable about all the travel details and takes all of the challenges out of the travel preparation. We have referred several families to her and they have all told me what a difference it was to use her expertise.
I cannot thank her enough for all the joy and memories she has brought to our family through the stress free travel plans she has done for us. We look forward to booking many more trips through Heidi to Hawaii and other wonderful places.
