Africa
Straddling the equator and encompassing numerous climate areas, Africa is the second-largest and second most populated continent in the world. Africa is home to many special destinations and cultures like Victoria Falls, the Maasai people, Cape Town and Winelands. Here you can visit the catacombs beneath Alexandria in Egypt, track mountain gorillas in Parc National des Volcans in Rwanda, paddle along the Zambezi River past a lumbering bull elephant, learn desert survival skills from a bushman in the Kalahari in Botswana or go on a Safari teeming with wildlife in the Serengeti, Kenya or Tanzania. Africa is truly an amazing destination for all types of travelers and a must add to one’s bucket list.
