Darlene Sorrentino

Darlene Sorrentino joined World Travel as an Independent Contractor in 1989 while maintaining her management position at General Telephone & Electronics. After 24 years with GTE, she decided to pursue her travel career with World Travel. Her passion for travel planning continues from her Northern California location in San Jose.

Darlene Sorrentino is a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), a South Pacific Destination Specialist with the Travel Institute, a Commodore with Princess Cruises, a 5-Star Academy Graduate with Celebrity Cruises, as well as a graduate with Disney Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and Carnival Cruises. She recently became a Vancouver Specialist and a Marriott Hotel Specialist.

Her professional career outside her office includes networking with a local travel professional organization and attending monthly vendor seminars and webinars. Her other interests include cruising, reading, knitting, crocheting and enjoys playing golf with her husband.
