This year will be 10 years since my husband and I got married and it will also be 10 years since our fabulous honeymoon in Maui.\u00a0 This trip will forever be the best vacation we\u2019ve ever taken and not just because of the newlywed bliss.\u00a0 Maui is my favorite place in the whole world and, in my opinion, the best island in Hawaii.\u00a0 If you\u2019re looking for a tranquil, romantic, serene, and stunning location \u2013 this is the place to go.\u00a0 We stayed at the Four Seasons in Wailea and it was just perfect.\u00a0 The staff treats you like royalty from the second you step in.\u00a0 The whole atmosphere is so luxurious and relaxing you can\u2019t help but want to stay there forever.\u00a0 We spent the trip snorkeling in the ocean, lounging at the pool ordering lava flows, and exploring Maui.\u00a0 We also tried our hand at ocean kayaking, zip lining, and snuba<\/a>.\u00a0 We attended a luau at the Maui Prince Hotel as well.\u00a0 I fear that no hotel chain will ever compare to our experience at the Four Seasons \u2013 they certainly like to spoil their guests.\u00a0 The restaurants at the hotel were also tremendous.\u00a0 There is a Spago which we ate at several times as well as steakhouse called Duo.\u00a0 Both were superb choices for dinner with incredible ocean views.\u00a0 You can literally hear the waves and the ocean from every inch of the resort which is why it\u2019s the most relaxing place on earth.\u00a0 I cried when we left and I certainly hope we\u2019ll be able to return again someday soon to Maui.<\/p>\n
