The Ho Family takes a family trip to Kauai. Kauai is known as the Garden Island in the Hawaiian Island chain.<\/h3>\n

My name is Julie Ho and my family has had the distinct pleasure of booking three Hawaii trips through Heidi Nanigian over the last 8 years. \u00a0The main thing we enjoy about booking through Heidi is her amazing sense of detail and her ability to share our excitement while planning our family trips.<\/p>\n

In the Summer \u00a0of 2016 my husband, Derrick, son, Nathan, and I took a trip to Oahu for a destination wedding then off to Kauai to celebrate my retirement….32 years teaching fifth grade and middle school physical education! \u00a0Heidi took care of every detail plus extra items she thought we would enjoy on her own. \u00a0We have an adult son with special needs and she went the extra mile to make sure we were on the ground floor and travel times worked for him. \u00a0We had an amazing family trip and the first person who checked in with us upon our return was Heidi.<\/p>\n

During our stay on Kauai the hotel and staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs. \u00a0 Our housekeepers checked on us daily and provided us with an extra salad bowl after they had recommended us to visit the local farmers market. We came back to the hotel with so many fresh veggies that they took it upon themselves to bring us an extra bowl. \u00a0 This was a \u201clittle thing\u201d, which to us was actually a \u201cbig thing\u201d. \u00a0The activities director suggested we visit another hotel nearby to see the parrot show. That was a highlight of our son\u2019s trip. \u00a0These are just a few examples of how we felt special and cared for. This was the true \u201caloha spirit\u201d.<\/p>\n

With her background in travel and amazing people skills we always come back to Heidi for our vacations. \u00a0\u00a0She is so knowledgeable about all the travel details and takes all of the challenges out of the travel preparation. We have referred several families to her and they have all told me what a difference it was to use her expertise.<\/p>\n

I cannot thank her enough for all the joy and memories she has brought to our family through the stress free travel plans she has done for us. \u00a0We look forward to booking many more trips through Heidi to Hawaii and other wonderful places.<\/p>\n
