Our travel advisor Heidi planned a great trip
First and foremost our Travel Advisor Heidi from World Travel is the best around! We couldn’t have asked for a better travel advisor. Heidi Nanigian is so sweet, nice, and most of all has the most patience (because I am a difficult person to deal with). I had never used a travel advisor before and I am so glad that I did. She is always very timely with everything from start to finish! I was beyond impressed!
The first trip she booked for us was to Daytona Beach, Florida in 2016 for my daughter’s cheerleading competition. She got us a better deal at the hotel than I could have ever done on my own. When we had an issue with our room she was on it! She helped fixed the problem in no time! She contacted the hotel and got us moved to a better room. I will never forget excitement on my girls faces playing in the ocean for the very first time. She had us in a great hotel in the perfect location for our needs!
The next trip she booked for our family was in Nashville, Tennessee. Once again our travel advisor Heidi, put us in the perfect location in a gorgeous 4 star property. Heidi checked in with us before we left on the trip, during as well as after the trip. She was always available to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t ask for a better agent!! Our children have had a wonderful time and created amazing memories all because of Heidi! Without her our children wouldn’t have had their first trip to the beach be such an amazing experience! Words cannot express our family’s gratitude for her! I have and will continue to refer to my friends and family. I cannot wait to book my next vacation. Thank you World Travel for hiring a wonderful and caring agent.
