There are also much simpler concepts such as donating time for at a local charity at your event destination or going on a scavenger hunt. There are many simple exercises that can happen at your hotel or event venue that focus on communication or problem solving and only take 15-30 minutes each. The key to success when having your team building offsite is planning and being creative in the activities that you choose to lift your team to new heights.
